Meat Smoke Order Form
Beef Brisket and Pork Ribs
Order today then pick up the freshly smoked meat at Stryker Park (SW corner of our campus) on Saturday, November 16th, or pick it up chilled for later on Sunday November 17th in the MAC between services. Quantities are Limited.
Beef brisket is packaged by the pound in resealable storage bags, or available as a smoked, uncut whole brisket (~7pounds on avg.). Pork ribs are packaged by the rack and wrapped in foil for easy reheating.
