As we journey together with Jesus through the weeks that lead us to the cross, we will be focusing on how God meets our desperate need with amazing and abundant grace. But grace is experienced in many different ways and in many different situations. Grace comes wherever we are and meets us there. So we will be looking at scripture and exploring the many aspects of grace. Grace is like an expertly cut diamond, with many facets. That is what gives it such extraordinary beauty. We will see grace as gritty and costly. We will see grace as disruptive and saving. We will see grace as transformative and triumphant. Then, om Easter, we will celebrate grace unleashed in the world. I encourage you to be in worship each week during the season of Lent. Bring a friend. We always need to hear about God's amazing grace. Why? It reminds us both of who we are, sinners in need of saving, and of who God is, a God of forgiveness and grace for all.
