The Next Communion Offering on November 26th will go to support Suncreek’s ministry known as New Hope.  This ministry provides donated furniture and other household items to women and their families who need a fresh start after leaving a domestic violence situation.  The ministry also supports other families in need going through a difficult time.  This ministry works tirelessly each week to provide a new home filled with hope and grace for those who felt they would never have a place to call home again.  Your donation today will help to purchase new bed pillows, mattresses, and other items that are needed to complete a home when physical donations are not enough. To date New Hope has helped over 322 families.   If you would like to donate any items or become a part of this life changing ministry please contact Janet Hunt in the church office.

Men’s Coat Drive Through Nov. 19

Boyd Elementary Holiday Store
Boyd Elementary students earn points for good behavior, acts of kindness and grades and can spend these points to buy presents for their family.  Items are needed for the store such as: women’s lotion, purses, perfume, kitchen items, scarves, jewelry and men’s ties, gloves, office trinkets, etc. or household items such as pictures, knick-knacks.  These items can be gently used or new.  Items can be placed in mission bins or contact Janet Hunt in the church office.

New mission collection and ending of old ones:
We no longer need used prescription bottles or grocery sacks until further notice.  We have started collecting Aluminum Can Tabs for the Ronald McDonald House.  You can bring your tabs to the mission bins.
